Dedicated account management
All projects come tagged with an account manager that will be there every step of the way, from A to Z, juggling all the balls and making sure all touchpoints are carefully monitored till completion. At RetailMotion we provide the A team, all lines of communications are made open before, during, and after the installation process. We start with a pre-installation meeting with our installers and ensure all variables are comfortably confirmed as per set criteria and ensure the store and the installers know their roles and processes required for a seamless installation. During the installation, we’re in contact with our installers and confirm milestones as they progress to completion. After the installation has been completed, we access the installation to the preset criteria, double-checking the installation is as designed.
Once the installation has been completed and we’ve crossed the t’s and dotted the I’s we will put together a report to provide confirmation. We’ll talk through the status of the screens and devices, online connectivity, the current media schedule, time of the content update, and more.
