Transforming the retail store experience

Traditionally the primary business of Australian Seniors was over the phone and online. To undergo a digital transformation meant opening their first retail store with digital signage as an important strategic tool for its success. Australian Seniors is committed to serving their customers, and the addition of electronic signs means they connect at every touchpoint.

Our approach

RetailMotion designed, developed, and commissioned a network of screens positioned in key touchpoints within the stores. Managed by an intuitive, easy-to-use cloud-based content management system, it allows the Australian Seniors team to update their content and showcase their range of available offers. We manage the entire system with our remote diagnostic and troubleshooting customer support service.

The outcome

Australian Seniors was pleased with the results of their digital signage system, deploying the same solution to all of their new retail stores.

Understanding business and customers

Helping to protect what matters most, Australian Seniors expanded their business into brick-and-mortar retail stores. RetailMotion uses technology to capture anonymous customer information and store traffic to help manage their store performance.

The approach

We installed 3D analytics sensor technology and developed a custom API to plug into the Australian Seniors retail stores to integrate with their internal business tools. Our solution automatically provides customer and traffic data, which is then displayed on a customised dashboard. We provide the backend infrastructure to secure and back up all of Australian Seniors information as well as offer ongoing technical and customer phone support for the analytics system.

The outcome

RetailMotion were able to overcome various challenges, including complicated store layouts and troublesome sensor positioning to deliver an analytics system that provides value and insight for Australian Seniors.
