Australia’s leading premium furniture retailer, King Living is famous for it’s award-winning quality products. With a number of showrooms across Australia and overseas, together we created a digital experience like no other to delight customers and drive sales.

The King Living experience

With a broad national footprint and growing international expansion, King Living wanted a partner to provide them with an end-to-end digital signage solution across their entire global network of stores. Their unique indoor and high-quality outdoor furniture showrooms recreate the incredible experience you will enjoy by owning King Living furniture.

Our role was to introduce digital signage into their new stores to enhance the overall experience and improve the customer journey, with engaging content that helps explain what makes King Living superior.

Our approach

We designed, developed and commissioned a network of landscape screens ranging from 65″ to 98″ Ultra High Definition (UHD) 4K panels. We deployed these digital displays in strategic locations throughout their showrooms, and with a clear content strategy, offered King Living the flexibility to change messages throughout the day. Our solution included an interactive customer design tool where staff can import a photo of the client’s room and overlay King furniture in the space, helping to choose the perfect pieces. RetailMotion also provides King Living with remote diagnostic and troubleshooting customer service support.

The outcome

King Living was thrilled with the level of service and the quality of the digital signage system we delivered. We put together a seamless solution, with superior customer service and state of the art infrastructure to match, which strengthened our business partnership.
